Bluewater was notified yesterday that B. I. Lipworth & Co. Limited ("B I
Lipworth") acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") in the market on 19 December 2007 at a price of 8.25p per
Ordinary Share. Bertrand Lipworth, a non-executive director of the Company, is
the principal of B I Lipworth, which is now interested in 3,216,724 Ordinary
Shares representing approximately 1.49 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
