    Biocare Solutions plc (the "Company" or "Biocare")

    Statement re: Suspension

    Biocare Solutions plc has today requested a suspension of its shares pending an announcement that it has obtained additional funding and
also pending publication of its annual audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007.

    Financing 

    The board of Biocare reports that negotiations are at an advanced stage with a view to agreeing an equity fundraising which the
Directors expect will be agreed in the next few days. 

    Report and Accounts

    Biocare is also in the final stages of preparing its annual audited results, but has been delayed as its small Malaysian subsidiary has
yet to provide the necessary information to its auditors. The Company expect this information to be provided imminently so the Company is
confident that it will be able to be in a position to publish its Report and Accounts and the suspension lifted within the first two weeks
of July 2008.
