            Martin Shelley appointed Finance Director, designate,
                     to join Biocare Solutions Board


Following today's AGM the Board of Biocare Solutions has named Martin Graham
Shelley as Finance Director, designate. Mr Shelley is currently a consultant to
the Company reviewing financial management and funding in the company's
principal operating subsidiary Biocare Italia.

A fluent Italian speaker, Martin Shelley, after qualifying as a chartered
accountant gained considerable experience of Italian finance as a Senior Auditor
for Price Waterhouse in Turin, and then subsequently working in financial and
operational management for a number of companies including Hercules Chemical,
Jacob Suchard and American Standard. Subsequently he has amassed considerable
experience in Interim Management as acting Finance Director and Managing
Director in several leading European Groups.

Tony Higson, Managing Director Biocare, commenting said: "I am delighted Martin
Shelley has agreed to join us. He has already made a valuable contribution to
business plans for our new Italian operations at Ferrandina. His knowledge and
experience of financial and operational management for international groups
operating in Italy and elsewhere will be of great benefit to Biocare as the
company moves into the next phase of its rapid evolution. I look forward to
working with him."

Martin Shelley is aged 57. There are no other matters which are required to be
announced as required under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.

Biocare Solutions Ltd develops, manufactures and sells effective natural
household cleaning and laundry products replacing the traditional active
chemical ingredients with natural surfactants and cleaning agents obtained from
plant extracts. The company recently commissioned a new facility at Ferrandina
in Southern Italy, to which it will gradually transfer production from existing
facilities also in Italy..


Its product line has expanded from five household cleaning products to include
floor cleaner and hypo-allergenic liquid laundry and fabric conditioners.
Distribution has increased in each of its current markets.  In Italy, Biocare is
now working with Coop Italia on both the Biocare branded range and a range of
Coop natural own label products.  In Malaysia, sales have been achieved in both
local stores and international supermarkets such as Tesco and Carrefour.  In the
UK distribution recently expanded to include Morrisons the national supermarket
chain.
