    Board Appointments


    Black Raven Properties plc (AIM: BRP), the property company focussed on Portugal, is pleased to announce that Glenn Marks and Paul
Phillips have joined the Company's Board as Executive Directors. 

    Paul Phillips, 47, lawyer, has been involved in corporate finance and company management for more than 20 years, most recently working
for the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Additionally he has more than 15 years' experience in residential property development and management
gained from developing properties both in the UK and abroad. 

Mr. Phillips is also a director of PBP Developments Ltd a privately held property development company. He is also a shareholder in Black
Raven Properties plc.

    Glenn Marks, aged 44, is a significant investor and shareholder in Black Raven having been involved with the Company since its earliest
interest in Portugal.

    Mr. Marks is also a director of Glenn Marks Corporation Ltd.

    There are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM rules.
