    The Company announces that Mr. Linzhang Zhu has stepped down from his role as a non-executive director of the Company on the grounds of
ill health and that Mr. Chenglin Guo has been appointed in his place. 

    Mr. Guo is 38 years old and has an economic management Bachelor Degree from Tianjing Commercial University. He is also an engineer and
previously was the Manager of Yangling Industry and Commercial Union Training School. From 1997 to 1999 he was Head of Xianyang Industry and
Commercial Union Training School, the Vice Head Secretary of Xianyang Commercial Union, and Manager of Xianyang Industry and Commercial
Economic Consulting Centre. 

    Save as disclosed there are no other details required to be disclosed under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
