Belgravia Telecom Ltd ("Belgravia") the AIM quoted investment company, is
pleased to announce the appointment of Corporate Synergy plc as nominated
adviser and broker to Belgravia with immediate effect.

Tim Fulton has today resigned as a director of Belgravia and James Butterfield
has been appointed a director of Belgravia with immediate effect.

In accordance with the AIM rules the following disclosures are made in respect
of James Butterfield:-

James Butterfield was appointed as a director of Smart Asian Media Limited, an
Asian fashion magazine publisher, on 11th of September 2003, in an effort to
effect a corporate rescue. Within a short period it became clear that the
company was insolvent and the directors appointed an Administrator.

James Butterfield was appointed a director of Eldon Pet Supplies Limited, a
subsidiary of Zoa Corporation plc, on 3rd of October 2000with a view to
completing a corporate restructuring and refinancing of the former AIM quoted
holding company. As a result of the proposed Company Voluntary Arrangement being
rejected Eldon Pet Supplies Limited went into liquidation and it was dissolved
on 18th of August 2004

James Butterfield was a director of Assured Heritable Securities PLC, a BES
residential property investment company based in Scotland, which went into
Administration in July 1996.

James Butterfield undertook an Individual Voluntary Arrangement ("IVA") in 1997.
The supervisor of the IVA was PricewaterhouseCoopers and this was satisfactorily
completed in May 2002.

Save as above there are no disclosures required under the AIM rules in respect
of James Butterfield.
