On 7 August 2007 the Company was notified by Gordon Group Investments LLC
Atlantic City, New Jersey, USA ("Gordon Group") that on 19 July 2007 its
3,150,722 voting rights in BKN International AG, Cologne, Germany, represented
approximately 16.24% of the voting rights of the Company. This is as a result of
the issue of 3,682,604 shares of no-par value by the Company on 13 July 2007.

In addition, on 7 August 2007, Sheldon M. Gordon, USA, informed BKN that on 19
July 2007 his 3,150,722 voting rights in the Company represented approximately
16.24% of the voting rights of the Company.

Thereof 16.24% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 3,150,722 voting
rights) are attributed to Sheldon M. Gordon, USA.

The voting rights attributed to Sheldon M. Gordon are held by the following
company, controlled by Sheldon M. Gordon, which holds 3% or more of the voting
rights in BKN International AG, Cologne, Germany:


Gordon Group Investments LLC, Atlantic City, New Jersey, USA.
