The  Board of  Acuity Growth  VCT plc  today announces  that Rupert Pennant-Rea, 
Chairman,  will  retire  from  the  Board  immediately before the Annual General 
Meeting on 10 March 2011.

thank  Rupert for all of  his hard work in  the past seven years, and especially
