    AsianLogic Limited, a diversified Asia-Pacific online and land-based gaming company, announces that on 9 July 2008 it purchased in the
market 1.125 million of its own ordinary shares to be held in treasury. The shares were purchased at a price of 66p.

    Following the above purchase, the Company holds 3.475 million ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in
issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 106,806,250.
