Aero Inventory plc ("Aero Inventory" or the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
Following the recent clarifications regarding the disclosure of security
interests over Directors' shares, Aero Inventory announces that in November
2005, the Company's Chief Executive, Rupert Lewin entered into a standard
custody arrangement with Morgan Stanley (the "Custodian") in relation to
1,238,208 ordinary shares of 1.25p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). As part
of this arrangement, security over Ordinary Shares owned by Mr Lewin was granted
to the Custodian. Mr Lewin informed the board of the Company of the existence of
the custody arrangement at the time of the transaction.
Mr Lewin remains the beneficial owner of the 1,238,208 Ordinary Shares held by
the Custodian and is interested in 51,351 shares held in his personal pension
plan. In aggregate, the 1,289,559 shares in which Mr Lewin is interested
represent 2.71 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
No other director of the Company has granted security over any of their holdings
of Ordinary Shares in the Company.
