    Aero Inventory has been informed that on 26 November 2008, Roger Davis, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 15,000
Ordinary Shares of 1.25p ("Shares") at a price of 220p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Davis holds 1,088,681 Shares representing
2.29% of the issued share capital of the Company.
