Company's Chief Executive Officer, will be presenting at the following two

=- The Piper Jaffray 5th Annual Europe Conference to be held on June 22-23, 2010 
at ANdAZ in London, UK. The presentation will take place on Tuesday, June 22, at

=- The Sidoti Semiannual Micro-Cap Conference to be held on Friday, June 25, 
2010 at the The Grand Hyatt Hotel in NYC. The presentation will take place at
