The RNS announcement (number 3474A) issued yesterday, 17 July 2007 contained an
incorrect remaining shareholding percentage figure. Addworth's remaining
shareholding in Maypole Group plc following the disposal is now 4.03% and not
the 6.84% as stated in the announcement yesterday. The revised announcement is
set out below.


          Addworth disposes of stake in Maypole Group PLC

Addworth Plc, the AIM 'active capital' investor, today announces that it
disposed of 1 million shares in Maypole Group plc, at 1.48p per share, on July
4th 2007. Addworth plc now has 4.03% shareholding in Maypole Group.
