                Addworth stake in Gaming Ventures Plc now 10.41%

Addworth Plc, the AIM 'active capital' investor, has today announced that,
following recent disposals to satisfy market liquidity, its stake in Gaming
Ventures Plc, the PLUS quoted mobile and online gaming investment company, is
now 5,950,000 shares, representing 10.41% of that company's equity.
