The Board of directors has today declared an interim dividend of 1.2p per 
Ordinary Share.  The Ordinary Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 24 February 
2010 and the associated record date will be 26 February 2010.  The dividend will 
be paid on 12 March 2010.
