Suspension of Trading

Armor Designs Inc., (AIM: ADID, ADIS), has today notified the AIM Market of London Stock Exchange ("AIM") that it is not able to release its final results for the year ending 31 December 2010 by the deadline of 30 June 2011 as its audit is still to be completed. As a consequence, trading in the Company's shares has been suspended with immediate effect. The Directors of the Company are working with the Company's auditors to ensure completion and release of the final results, and a restoration to trading of the Company's shares on AIM, as soon as possible.

A further announcement confirming dates will be made as soon as possible.
