Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker

Armor Designs Inc,. (AIM: ADID) today announces that SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP has terminated its role as the Company's nominated adviser and broker with immediate effect.

The Company's shares, which are already suspended, will remain suspended pursuant to AIM Rule 1 until such time as the Company appoints a replacement nominated adviser. If within one month (being 19 January 2015) the Company has failed to appoint a replacement nominated adviser, the admission of the Company's securities will be cancelled from AIM.
