ACMH Limited ("ACMH" or the "Company") 
Result of EGM 
 
 
ACMH announces that at the Company's EGM held yesterday at 2:00 p.m. (Cayman 
Islands time) all the resolutions were passed. It is expected that admission of 
the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled at 7.00 a.m. 
on 1 June 2009. Subject to the Delisting becoming effective, the Company's 
purchase and cancellation of the Ordinary Shares tendered pursuant to the Tender 
Offer will be completed on 1 June 2009. 
 
 
Terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as those defined in the 
circular posted to Shareholders on 22 April 2009.
