    Absolute Capital Management Holdings Limited ("ACMH")

    Company Update

Following on the announcement made on 3 July 2008, ACMH confirms that it has todayaccepted service of the claim by the Cascade Fund, LLLP,
an investor in several of ACMH's investment funds. The lawsuit relates to the investment strategies of ACMH*s investment funds, the
activities of Florian Homm, ACMH's ex-Chief Investment Officer, and related matters. ACMH intends to fully defend its interests in relation
to this claim.
 
    As previously announced, ACMH has instructed Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers to carry out a review of its funds*
investment strategies under the management of Florian Homm, focusing in particular on the funds' illiquid investments. This review is
expected to be completed by the end of the summer. 
     Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
