Statnett SF - Successful placement of new green bond issue

Statnett SF has successfully completed a SEK 3100 million senior unsecured green bond issue with maturity date on 8 February 2028. The coupon rate is 3,54%. Settlement date is expected to be 8 February 2023.

An application will be made for listing of the bond on Euronext Dublin.

Nordea acted as manager of the new bond issue.
