NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DE-LIST NOTES

GBP200,000,000 2012-1 Series 4 Class A Notes (Rule 144A ISIN: XS0744002725; Reg S ISIN: XS0744003020) (the 2012-1 Series 4 Class A Notes)

issued by the Issuer

constituted by an Amended and Restated Note Trust Deed dated 11 December 2014 as supplemented from time to time between the Issuer and The Bank of New York Mellon (the Note Trustee)

Lloyds Bank plc as Seller made a Refinancing Contribution into the Arkle Master Issuer plc Residential Mortgage Backed Note Programme on 17 November 2017. The Refinancing Contribution was used to redeem in full the outstanding 2012-1 Series 4 Class A Notes on 17 November 2017.

Following the full and final redemption of the outstanding 2012-1 Series 4 Class A Notes on 17 November 2017, the Issuer has requested the UK Listing Authority to cancel the listing of the 2012-1 Series 4 Class A Notes on the Official List maintained by the UK Listing Authority with effect on 18 December 2017 pursuant to rule 5.2.8 of the Listing Rules and also notified the London Stock Exchange plc that it wishes to cancel the admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange of the 2012-1 Series 4 Class A Notes with effect on 18 December 2017 pursuant to rule 4.18 of the Admission and Disclosure Standards.

All defined terms used in this notice shall have the meaning given to them in the Amended and Restated Issuer Master Definitions and Construction Schedule dated 11 July 2011 and the Amended and Restated Master Definitions and Construction Schedule dated 11 December 2014 (as applicable).
