following payment is due on the above issue for payment to Noteholder on
4 May 2000.

In accordance with Condition 4(C) the underlying proceeds amounted to
USD1,537,703.45 and are to be applied in the following manner:

Pursuant to condition 6 (a) I  - Interest @ 8% 184/360       = USD 776,000.00
Pursuant to condition 7 (a) II - Instalment @ 3% on $20mm    = USD 600,000.00
Pursuant to condition 6 (a) IV - Excess Interest             = USD 161,703.45

Outstanding Pool Factor        - 0.94% Principle Outstanding = USD18,800,000.00
