following payment is due on the above issue for payment to Noteholder on 26th
April 2001.

In accordance with Condition 4(C) the underlying proceeds amounted to
USD1,511,055.74 and are to be applied in the following manner:

                       Stafford Funding 8% Combination Notes

Pursuant to condition 6 (a) I    Interest @ 8% 184/360       = USD   728,000.00
Pursuant to condition 7 (a) II   Instalment @ 3% on $20mm    = USD   600,000.00
Pursuant to condition 6 (a) IV   Excess Interest             = USD   183,055.74
                                                         
Outstanding Pool Factor          0.88% Principle Outstanding = USD17,600,000.00
