Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 22, 2023, Scientific Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) established a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Graphite Energy, Inc., which was incorporated in the State of Florida. The purpose of forming this new subsidiary is to enter the business of graphite production and sales.
