Mr. Webb's practical experience has encompassed field production engineering, joint venture unitization, technical and operating committee duties. Mr. Webb has made many presentations over the years to all three western provincial regulatory authorities, as well as before the major securities commissions in both Canada and the United States. Mr. Webb has gained many years of consulting expertise doing reservoir and production appraisals throughout Canada, the United States, Europe, North Africa, Indonesia and the North Sea. In addition, Mr. Webb has conducted numerous reservoir and economic appraisal seminars in Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Albania, Turkey and Vietnam. These seminars were conducted for C.A.P.L., United Nations, BHP Energy, Indian Oil and Gas and the Canadian Economic Development Agency. Mr. Webb is a Registered Professional Engineer in the Provinces of Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan, Canada.
