LLC has entered into an agreement to purchase all assets of
Corporate Resource Development, Inc. (CRD). CRD is a subsidy of
Corporate Resource Services Inc. (CRS), listed on NASDAQ:CRRS.
The announcement was warmly greeted by the New York headquarters staff of
CRD.
