Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  2,633,220 shares are held by RSC Affiliated Businesses, LLC of which Matthew Chambers, the Issuer's chief executive officer and Director, owns 75% of the membership interests of the LLC and Pamela Miller owns the remaining 25% ownership of the LLC. Ms. Miller disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities held by the LLC, except to the extent of her pecuniary interest in the securities.
