Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

 

On January 26, 2023, Fuss Brands, Inc. (the “Company”), entered into a purchase order (the “Order”) with RoomWagon, LLC (“RoomWagon”). Pursuant to the Order, RoomWagon will purchase 22,000 units of rollux and elevator luggage from the Company for an aggregate of $925,000.
