Times Three Wireless Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TTW) ("Times Three" or the "Company")
announces that William Middleton has ceased to be the President, Chief Executive
Officer and Chief Legal Officer of the Company, effective immediately. Mr.
Middleton will continue to serve on the Board of Directors of the Company. 


The Company would like to thank Mr. Middleton for his efforts during his tenure
as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Legal Officer of the Company. 


The Board of Directors will be undertaking a strategic review of Times Three's
intellectual property licensing business in the very near term and in doing so
will consider all reasonable and prudent measures. As part of this review, the
Board will consider seeking strategic investment partners and/or the divestiture
of all or part of its intellectual property licensing business.

innovation and licensing company based in Calgary. It has a long history of
innovation and successful product development in wireless location technologies
and continues to build and license its portfolio of important patents and
intellectual property.
