The Company's announcement earlier today regarding the closing of its
non-brokered private placement incorrectly stated that the expiry date of the
hold period applicable to the distributed securities was July 24, 2014. The
securities issued in the private placement are subject to a four-month hold
period and will not be tradeable in Canada until September 24, 2014.
