From Friday, November 17, through Sunday, November 26, applicants can submit their photos online at http://www.cw11.com/. Viewers will be directed to vote online for their favorite model. The three finalists with the most online votes will appear on The CW11 Morning News on December 4, 5 and 6, where they will receive a fashion makeover courtesy of Marshalls, walk the CW11 runway and compete in various challenges. The winner of New York's Hot Model contest will be announced LIVE on The CW11 Morning News on Wednesday, December 6.
