PowerCold and YORK Sign Joint Sales and Marketing Agreement LARGO, Fla., Sept. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PowerCold Corporation (OTC:PWCL) (BULLETIN BOARD: PWCL) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, PowerCold ComfortAir Solutions, Inc. has signed a five-year sales and marketing agreement with the Unitary Products Group of YORK International Corporation (NYSE:YRK). PowerCold(R) will use and promote YORK(R) commercial HVAC products with its central HVAC system packages. YORK(R) is supporting the relationship promoting PowerCold(R) systems with joint sales calls, promotional literature and product specs, performance software, and plant tours. The joint marketing efforts will target a number of specific customers and accounts including hotels, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and pharmacies. PowerCold anticipates that the joint sales efforts will create $50 million in new revenue over the next five years.
