announces today its consolidated results for the fourth quarter and

market segments. TLE's customer base rose 11.9% over 4Q04,
recording 1,477 thousand customers. Acquisition mix in 2005
presented an increase in the postpaid segment which represented
19.2% of net adds, 18.2 p.p. up when compared to 2004. In the year
over year comparison, the postpaid customer base increased by
10.8%, a result of the efforts for acquisition of customers in this
market segment. SAC decreased by 21.3% and 4.0% when compared to
4Q04 and 3Q05, respectively, reflecting the Company's selling
efforts. Postpaid ARPU grew 3.9% in the accumulated total for 2005,
over 2004, and 2.9% in relation to the previous quarter, in a
market with four operators. Postpaid MOU increased by 12.2% and
3.2%, when compared to 4Q04 and 3Q05, respectively. Net services
revenue of R$ 478.1 million recorded an increase of 11.7% in the
accumulated total in the comparison between 2005 and 2004. In
relation to 4Q04, the increase was 3.2%, following the growth in
the customer base. Sustained growth of data revenues, that
increased by 150.9% over last year, accounting for 5.3% of the net
services revenue in 2005. Launching of new corporate solutions
focused on high speed in data transmission, such as Smart Mail 3G
and VIVO ZAP 3G. EBITDA of R$ 90.6 million with margin of 16.1% in
the year-to-date total; if the PBD effects were excluded, the
