announced today the completion of the redomestication and
redomestication/merger of certain Invesco and Invesco Van Kampen
closed-end funds recently approved by shareholders.

I. Redomestications:
Effective August 27, 2012, the
redomestications of the following funds into Delaware statutory trusts were completed:
Invesco Van Kampen Pennsylvania Value Municipal Trust (VPV),
Invesco Van Kampen Senior Income Trust (VVR), Invesco Van Kampen
Trust for Investment Grade Municipals (VGM) and Invesco Van Kampen
Advantage Municipal Income Trust II (VKI).
II. Redomestications and Mergers:
Effective August 27, 2012, the
redomestications into Delaware
statutory trusts and the mergers of the funds listed below were
completed. In the mergers, the shares of each Target Fund were
converted into newly issued shares of the corresponding Acquiring
Fund. The merger ratio for each merger (the ratio by which one
multiplies the amount of the Target Fund common shares held to
determine the number of Acquiring Fund common shares received in
the merger) is set forth below.
