Freescale Semiconductor to Host Financial Analyst and Investor Meeting

Freescale Semiconductor (NYSE:FSL) (NYSE:FSL.B) will host its
Financial Analyst and Investor Meeting June 20-21, 2005 in Orlando,
Florida. The meeting will be held in conjunction with the company's
inaugural developer conference, the Freescale Technology Forum. The
forum brings together 1700 customers, partners, media and analysts
for 400 hours of technical training, 200 technology demonstrations
and visionary keynotes. Chairman and CEO Michel Mayer, CFO Alan
Campbell and other Freescale executives will host the
presentations. The presentations will be webcast live 11 a.m. - 5
p.m. EDT on Tuesday, June 21 and available for replay via
