president, Kevin Oakes, will deliver a keynote address at the
e-Learning Brasil Conference as part of the company's annual

government and education. Oakes will deliver his keynote, entitled
"The Impact of Learning on Performance," at the opening session of
the conference on Wednesday morning, June 15. Included in his
presentation will be a discussion of the critical link between

impressed by the number of senior level executives that attend
e-Learning Brasil on behalf of their organizations. It shows the
sophistication of the Brazilian e-learning market, the strong
commitment corporate leadership has to implementing learning at the
highest levels of their organizations and their clear understanding
of the impact of learning on business outcomes," said Oakes. "I
look forward to meeting with our customers and prospects
face-to-face and learning more about their needs both as global
business leaders and their needs in the context of this unique
marketplace." The e-learning market in Brazil has grown
significantly over the past several years, expanding from $31
million in 1999 to more than $235 million in 2004, and forecasted
