Preliminary Redemption Results

Mountain & Co. I Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) encourages shareholders to vote in favor of the proposal to amend the Company’s Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association (the “Articles Extension”) to change the date by which the Company must complete a business combination from March 9, 2024 to November 9, 2024 (or such earlier date as determined by the Company’s board of directors) (the “Extension”). As disclosed in the Company’s definitive proxy statement, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on February 23, 2024, a meeting of the Company’s shareholders to approve the Articles Extension is scheduled to be held on March 8, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time. As of 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on March 6, 2024, the redemption deadline, holders of 3,490,113 Class A ordinary shares had elected to have their shares redeemed, resulting in 8,022,952 Class A ordinary shares remaining outstanding after giving effect to such redemptions.
