(NASDAQ:LARL) today announced that at its Board of Directors meeting of April 13, 2006, a cash dividend of $.20 per share on the Company's common stock was declared. The dividend is payable May 12, 2006 to stockholders of record April 28, 2006. This is the 75th consecutive cash dividend paid by the Company since converting to a publicly held Company in 1987.
