China Yida Approved to List on NASDAQ Capital Market

FUZHOU, China, Dec. 4 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Yida

approval to list its common stock on the NASDAQ Capital Market.

China Yida expects to begin trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market
with a new ticker symbol "CNYD" on Monday, December 7, 2009, until
which time its shares will continue to trade on the
Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board. "We are honored to list our shares
