(Amex(R)) today began trading Citigroup Funding Incorporated's
Stock Market Upturn Notes, linked to the S&P 500 Index. Priced
at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 4.2 million
shares, this equity trades under the ticker symbol SMK and has a
maturation date of July 12, 2007. The notes are issued by Citigroup
