NEW YORK, Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R)
(Amex(R)) today lists the units of 2020 ChinaCap Acquirco, Inc.
under the ticker symbol TTY.U. The offering size is 7.5M units at
$8.00 per unit for gross proceeds of $60M (excluding the
underwriters' over-allotment option). One unit equals one share of
common stock and one warrant. Initially, the units will be the only
security trading. Morgan Joseph & Co. Inc. is the lead
underwriter on the IPO with GunnAllen Financial, Inc., Legend
Merchant Group, Inc. and Maxim Group, LLC as co-managers. Located

organized public acquisition company formed for the purpose of
