Plymouth Rubber Company, Inc. Appoints New Independent Auditors CANTON, Mass., Oct. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ Plymouth Rubber Company, Inc. (AMEX:PLR.AAMEX:PLR.B) today announced the appointment of Vitale, Caturano & Company, Ltd. as its new independent auditors, replacing PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. This change in independent auditors was effected by the Company's Audit Committee and ratified by its Board of Directors. The decision was not the result of any disagreement between the Company and Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure.
