Oragenics, Inc. d/b/a ONI Biopharma Inc. To the extent a change in the Company's trading symbol occurs the Company expects to issue a press release announcing the new symbol. The transition to the OTC is expected to be seamless to investors. Investors should be able to trade their ONI shares through their brokers in the same manner as they had been prior to this date. The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), a self-regulatory organization of the securities industry in the United States, oversees the OTC Bulletin Board. In a separate press release issued on December 11, 2008, ONI BioPharma announced that ONI's shares will also be traded on Alternext Paris. The new OTC Bulletin Board listing will have no impact on the status of ONI's Alternext Paris listing, which occurred on December 15, 2008.
