American Stock Exchange Lists Units of Smart Move, Inc.

NEW YORK, Dec. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R)
(Amex(R)) today listed the units of Smart Move, Inc. under the
ticker symbol MVE.U. The offer size is 2,880,000 units at $5.00 per
unit for gross proceeds of $14.4 million. One unit equals one share
of common stock and one warrant. Initially, the units will be the
only security trading. The IPO is underwritten by Newbridge
Securities Corporation, I-Bankers Securities, Inc., Neidiger,
Tucker, Bruner, Inc., and Bathgate Capital Partners, LLC. Smart
Move, Inc. provides intrastate, interstate and international moving
services. The Company provides total relocation management for
their customers including the coordination of packing, loading,
unloading services, shipping, insurance and the storage of
customers' household goods by utilizing their proprietary Smart
