On March
31, 2008, William F. Willis, Executive Vice President, Sales left ImageWare
Systems, Inc. (the "Company") to pursue a personal business
opportunity. Mr. Willis has agreed to continue to provide services to
the Company as required as a consultant. Mr. Willis’ duties will be
divided amongst Chuck Abuchon, VP Business Development and Frank Mitchell, VP
Advanced Programs until a replacement has been named.
