On January 19, 2023, IDW Media Holdings, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended October 31, 2022. A copy of the earnings release concerning the foregoing results is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
