          Hanover Capital acquires the debt of Room Service Group PLC

Hanover Capital Group Plc (Hanover or the Company), the AIM quoted mining
investment company, has acquired the outstanding debt of #216,312.35 from the
creditors of Room Service Group PLC.  This debt has been acquired for the sum of
#104,041.17.  Some of the creditors have agreed to accept ordinary shares of 1p
each in the capital of Hanover (Ordinary Shares) at an issue price of 10p per
share, in full and final settlement of their debts, with the remainder of
#49,500.22 being settled in cash.  A total of 545,409 Ordinary Shares will be
issued as a result and Hanover will become the major creditor of Room Service
Group PLC. Application will be made for these new ordinary shares to be admitted
to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.

It is proposed that Room Service Group PLC will settle its #216,312.35
indebtedness to Hanover in due course by an issue of ordinary shares in Room
Service Group PLC.

Ron Lowenthal, executive director of Hanover, commented on the proposals:

 "The acquisition of the debt from the creditors of Room Service Group PLC
provides Hanover with the opportunity to become a substantial shareholder in
Room Service Group PLC in due course which we view as beneficial to Hanover."
