The Board of Dream Direct Group Plc (Dream Direct), the UK's leading direct

Commenting, Robert Colquhoun, Chief Executive of Dream Direct said:

"Mark has made a significant contribution towards building a solid foundation
for the growth of the company and we regret that he will not be able to continue
to share in the success which he has helped to bring about. While we're very
sorry to see him leave the group we understand his desire to return to Australia
and wish him all the very best for the future.

"Mark will be able to undertake a suitable handover to Callum and therefore we
are pleased that we will be able to maintain continuity through a period of
transition.

"I am delighted that Callum has decided to join our team as Finance Director.
His experience of strong growth in the retail industry across a number of
channels combined with his financial, administrative and business planning
knowledge will further strengthen the strategic and operational skills of the
Board and he will provide valuable expertise as Dream Direct continues to grow."
