Decorize, Inc. Announces Management Changes SPRINGFIELD, Mo., March
22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Decorize, Inc. announced today several
senior management changes that are effective immediately. Vik
Karode has joined the company as Vice President of Operations. He
will be responsible for all sourcing, overseas production and
logistics. Mr. Karode brings 30 years of international supply chain
and logistics management experience to Decorize. His experience
includes a variety of senior management positions in both large
established enterprises and development stage companies. During his
service in those positions Mr. Karode has managed operations in
eastern and western Europe, Africa, India and the Far East. Karode
holds an MBA from University of Akron, an undergraduate degree in
Accounting and Business from the University of Bombay in India, a
CPA and has earned APICS certification in Production and Inventory
Management. Tad Moseley has joined the company as Vice President of
Technology. Mr. Moseley brings over 20 years of experience in
telecommunications and information systems. Mr. Moseley will be
responsible for developing and managing the technology necessary to
build Decorize into a world class home furnishings company. Prior
to joiningthe Decorize team Mr. Moseley served as Vice President -
Information Systems and Telecommunications for Bass Pro, Inc. While
there, Bass Pro grew from a catalog business into a multi-channel
organization encompassing retail, catalog, e-commerce, wholesale,
food service and hospitality. Prior to his time with Bass Pro, he
was employed by Accenture. Mr. Moseley earned an MBA from Drury
University and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration
from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Brent Olson,
currently Controller, will become interim CFO to fill the vacancy
created when Alex Budzinsky left the company. Olson has been
Controller since inception of Decorize and has been involved in all
aspects of investor relations. Decorize CEO Steve Crowder stated,

that John Bagalay, a Decorize Director, has resigned citing
