In the news release, American Stock Exchange Lists the Common Stock of Brooke Capital Corporation, issued earlier today by American Stock Exchange over PR Newswire, we are advised by the company that the headline should read "American Stock Exchange Approves the Common Stock of Brooke Capital Corporation" rather than "American Stock Exchange Lists," the first sentence should read, "The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) approved the common stock of Brooke Capital Corporation under ticker symbol BCP" rather than "The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today lists," the third paragraph, first sentence should read, "We are pleased to approve Brooke Capital Corporation to the American Stock Exchange," rather than "We are pleased to welcome," and the fourth paragraph, first sentence should read, "We are very excited to be listing on the American Stock Exchange," rather than "We are very excited about our listing" as originally issued inadvertently. We are further advised by the company that the following paragraph should appear after the fifth paragraph: This approval is contingent upon the Company being in compliance with all applicable listing standards on the date it begins trading on the Exchange and may be rescinded if the Company is not in compliance with such standards.
